Our Story
CoCo Media, LLC is a distinguished event planning and design company, specializing in the artistry of Corporate Event Planning. Although our forte lies in corporate events, we extend our expertise to cater to any occasion - from weddings to fundraising galas. Our commitment to crafting unforgettable experiences is fueled by meticulous industry research, strategic planning, and time-tested techniques.
The Team
Coral Mims, founder and creative director is a passionate leader with years of experience. The roots of event planning run deep in Coral, shaping her identity from a young age. Growing up both her parents worked in hospitality. Her father as a bartender and locker room attendant at a renown country club and her mom as a cook, waitress and school cafeteria manager. As a child, she effortlessly designed flyers and organized events for school activities, while also responding to requests from both family and friends. Event planning is ingrained in Coral's DNA and her mission is to collaborate with you in curating an experience that fosters connections and leaves a lasting impression. Coral holds a B.S. degree in Media Communications from Full Sail University.
